Cancellation Policy
Crystornate Services: Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy To ensure we can provide the best possible service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and rescheduling policy. Policy Details: Notice Period: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a fee. Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee equivalent to 10% of the total service cost will be deducted from your payment.
