Return & Exchange Policy

At Crystornate, we are dedicated to providing you with a delightful shopping experience. To ensure transparency and your satisfaction, we have outlined our refund and return policy below.

Product Descriptions and Delivery:

We take pride in offering detailed product descriptions to eliminate unexpected surprises upon receiving our products. Crystornate collaborates with a reliable network of couriers for swift and efficient delivery. Under normal circumstances, you can expect your product within 5 working days. Due to Covid-19, interstate delivery may extend up to 8 days. We offer free shipping across India.

Cancellation and Refunds:

If you wish to cancel your order, a full refund will be processed provided the product has not been shipped. Since we process orders within 24 hours, kindly notify us within 6 to 8 hours of placing your order to avoid any issues. Orders received by 12 pm will be shipped on the same day. Cancellations for orders made before 12 pm should be requested before 2 pm on the same day. Unfortunately, we do not entertain cancellations for orders placed by mistake or due to a change of mind. Cancellations are not allowed on discounted products or items purchased during ongoing store sales. Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

Returns:

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. The products were damaged upon delivery (please provide photos and unboxing videos).

  2. You received the wrong item.

  3. For Selenite items, unboxing videos are mandatory for returns to be processed.

Returns are not accepted for products ordered by mistake or a change of mind. We recommend ensuring that the product, quantities, and attributes align with your needs before placing an order. Custom bracelets and Malas, crafted specifically for your requirements, are non-returnable.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 working days from the delivery date to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

To return a damaged product within 2 days, ensure that the returning items are:

  • In unused condition

  • In the original box

If the products you received were damaged due to shipping or were the wrong order, we offer a free replacement for the originally ordered products.

Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for a refund; items on sale, orders with special discounts, and promotional offers are not eligible for return or refund. International orders are not eligible for returns/refunds.

For international orders, a proper unboxing video of the damaged item is mandatory to proceed with the replacement process.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your bank account or original payment method within 7 working days. A GST of 18% will be deducted on all refunds from the total billed amount.

Exchange of Received Products:

If you wish to exchange a well-received product, please follow the procedure within 5 days of receiving the product:

  1. Ensure the product is unused and provide photos.

  2. Place a new order with your new requirements.

  3. Email crystornate@gmail.com requesting a pick-up for the product to be exchanged, along with your new order number.

  4. A restocking fee of Rs.250 will be charged, and the remaining amount from the exchange order will be refunded to the source. Your new order will be dispatched as usual.
